Keeping It Simple...
We offer two tiers of IT support:
 
1.       Telephone and remote support - 99% of basic problems we encounter can be solved either over the phone or by remotely accessing your computer. Our flexible working environment means that your support calls never end up in a queue  and problems are often fixed there and then on the phone. Prices start from £14 per pc per month.
 
2.       Telephone and remote support with onsite assistance – depending on the size of your company and your IT dependency it maybe cost effective to set a number of days per month on site. This at first can be estimated then refined over time so that you are only paying for the services you use.
