As 2022 comes to an end, we’re looking back on what has been another fantastic year at Information Solutions.
This year Information Solutions has had the privilege to continue to deliver outstanding support and solution services to businesses. From overcoming technical challenges facing businesses daily, to ensuring consistent support and cyber security, the team have continued to achieve.
In 2022, we have welcomed new customers from a variety of industries including legal services, education, manufacturing and veterinary, providing support and ongoing solutions to empower for success.
To continue our work supporting businesses with security, we have worked with several customers to achieve Cyber Essentials accreditation. Data security remains one of the highest priorities for organisations globally, and Information Solutions ensures all customers have the best tools, processes, and support to ensure they are equipped to maintain safety.
The team have gained further qualifications on the latest software tools including Watchguard and Sophos. As businesses continue to offer hybrid or fully remote working environments, the training and tools by the team will further support to allow such opportunities to continue in a safe, robust, and efficient way taking the benefits of the office, to any other location.
2022 was also the year of expansion. As we continue to deliver more for our clients, MSP360 and Aruba Networking have been added to the extensive range of products and services offered. With the year drawing to a close, we also expanded our team with an additional IT Technician as we look to another exciting time in 2023.
We look forward to continuing to deliver for customers next year and to assist businesses with a better IT experience.
