Copilot can connect to context across Teams channels, project chats, SharePoint sites and Planner plans, then pull out key updates, decisions and milestones for a given project or time window. It can use that context to draft concise weekly status updates or RAID entries (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) that a project manager can quickly review and refine before sending to stakeholders.
This reduces the manual effort of trawling through conversations and documents to build status reports, improves consistency of reporting across projects, and helps ensure that important risks or decisions captured in chat do not get missed.
